WICHITA, KS – Another offensive defenseman is headed to Wichita in time for Friday night’s game against the Missouri Mavericks and the team made a roster move to make room on Tuesday.
The Binghamton Senators announced this afternoon they have assigned defenseman Chris Rumble to the Thunder.
Rumble joins the Thunder after spending training camp with the Senators. He played much of last season with the Evansville IceMen, playing in 64 games and collecting 39 points (11G, 28A). He was signed to a deal with the Senators in the offseason. Prior to turning pro, Rumble played four seasons at Canisius College, recording 46 points (14g, 32a) in 84 career games.
The team also announced that forward Triston Grant has been moved from the immigration pending list and placed on reserve.
