Just a few short weeks ago, it seemed the possibility of hockey returning to Oklahoma City was faint at-best. But, with a few tweets this past weekend, Sold Out Strategies Co-Owner Brad Lund seemed to have upped the stakes.

The meetings were held in Scottsdale, AZ with Lund and several former Oklahoma City Blazers employees in attendance.

We spoke with Lund about the tenor of the meetings, how hockey might fit with NBA and the NBA D-League in Oklahoma City and what the next step in the process is:

  1. I think I speak for many Tulsa Oiler fans. We would love to see the Blazers back in OKC. It would be great for the league, Tulsa, Wichita, and Allen. I think its a win, win situation.

  2. Many of us Blazer fans have been still missing them after 5 years so you know we are waiting for a comeback.
