With one week to go in the ECHL’s regular season, five playoff positions remain open across the league. While no berths can be clinched tonight, two division titles can be wrapped up. Here is a look at who is in the 2016 Kelly Cup Playoff field.

Teams in the Kelly Cup Playoffs:

East: Toledo Walleye, South Carolina Stingrays, Manchester Monarchs, Florida Everblades

West: Missouri Mavericks, Fort Wayne Komets, Idaho Steelheads, Allen Americans, Colorado Eagles, Utah Grizzlies, Cincinnati Cyclones

Saturday’s Key Matchups:

The biggest matchup tonight in the east takes place at Bon Secours Wellness Arena, where the Kalamazoo Wings can pull into a tie with the Elmira Jackals with a win over the Greenville Swamp Rabbits. Kalamazoo has won six straight games and eight of their last ten games.

In the west, there are two pivotal matchups tonight. The first is at the Ford Center, where the Evansville IceMen host the Tulsa Oilers. After last night’s loss to the Quad City Mallards, the Oilers find themselves five points back with five games to play. A win will keep the Oilers’ playoff hopes alive, while a loss will cut Quad City’s magic number to three, and all but ensure tee times for the Oilers.

Also in the west, the Colorado Eagles host the Idaho Steelheads in the second game of a weekend set. The Eagles have won four straight against the Steelheads and have clawed to within two points of the division lead with a week to go.

Saturday’s Playoff Clinching Scenarios:

Manchester can clinch the North Division title with: a win AND if Adirondack loses in regulation

Fort Wayne can clinch the Midwest Division title with: win OR loss in overtime/shootout OR any Cincinnati loss

Here are the Magic Numbers for clinching division titles thru play Friday:

Division Division Leader Magic Number
East Manchester 3
North Toledo CLINCHED
South South Carolina 11
Midwest Fort Wayne 1
Central Missouri CLINCHED
West Idaho 6
