JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – On Wednesday night, the South Carolina Stingrays paid their fourth visit of the season to the Veterans Memorial Arena to face off against the Jacksonville Icemen. 

The Stingrays started out strong, scoring their first goal within less than two minutes of play. Jacksonville would respond with three unanswered goals before the end of the first period, including a short-handed goal by Dajon Mingo. 

An action-packed second period saw both teams scoring three goals apiece, including another short-handed goal by the Icemen.

A penalty-free and goal-free third period secured a 6-4 victory for the Icemen and the fourth straight loss for the Stingrays playing in Jacksonville.
