WICHITA, Kan. – They may be delayed…but the team at the top of this week’s ECHL Power 10 remains the same.

The Toledo Walleye (14-3-2) continue to lead our ECHL Power 10. The Walleye continue to boast the best winning percentage in the ECHL (.789,) and they have games-in-hand on the teams in front of them in the overall league standings. Further, the rankings were done prior to Wednesday morning’s tilt between the Cincinnati Cyclones & Toledo Walleye. So, after taking the factors mentioned above into account, the Walleye remain in the pole position.

But not too far behind the fish are the Newfoundland Growlers. With points in their last four games, the Growlers sit atop the ECHL (in points – 33.) The Growlers feature ECHL Goaltender of the Month, Michael Garteig, and ECHL Player of the Week, Scott Pooley.

Occupying the last spot on the podium this week are the Tulsa Oilers. Rob Murray‘s bunch sit three points off the league-lead and have impressive balance through their lineup, a “lunch-pail” mentality, and excellent goaltending with Evan Fitzpatrick and Devin Williams.

At the conclusion of play each weekend, our writing team will rank all 27 ECHL teams and the average of those rankings makes up the “Composite” ranking. Unlike rankings we have done in the past, you will now get to see how every ECHL writer voted. The rankings will debut every Tuesday afternoon here on The Sin Bin!
