The ECHL Annual Meetings are underway at the Monte Carlo Hotel & Resort in Las Vegas, NV, the site of the League’s Board of Governors’ Meeting, Presidents & General Managers’ Meeting, fourth annual TeamWork Online Career Fair, ECHL Vendors’ Showcase, and two days of Sales, Marketing, and Communications Meetings.
The league is expecting a record number of participants at these Meetings, including participants from all 28 teams, as well as representatives from nine Southern Professional Hockey League teams, and guest speakers from the National Hockey League, American Hockey League and other sport industry professionals.
“We are working towards truly creating a universal ‘Hockey Meeting’, where leagues and teams from around the country can interact and learn from each other and other experts in preparation for the upcoming season,” said Ryan Crelin, Senior Vice President of Business Operations for the ECHL. “It is exciting to see this event continue to grow year over year and to have our partners at Essensa share in these Meetings to help further the growth of their business throughout the hockey community.”
The week also includes the fourth Annual ECHL Career Fair, presented by TeamWork Online, where over 50 select candidates from around the country will be interviewing with ECHL teams to launch their career in sports for the 2015-16 season.
