First Round Schedule

#1 Macon Mayhem vs. #8 Columbus Cottonmouths

Game 1 – Columbus Cottonmouths 1, Macon Mayhem 0
Game 2 – Wednesday, April 12 at Columbus, 7:30 pm
Game 3 – Thursday, April 13 at Columbus, 7:30 pm (if necessary)

Due to an event at the Macon Centreplex, home of the Mayhem, all three games will be played in Columbus. Macon will be the designated home team for Games 1 and 3.

#2 Fayetteville FireAntz vs. #7 Pensacola Ice Flyers

Game 1 – Pensacola Ice Flyers 3, Fayetteville FireAntz 1
Game 2 – Thursday, April 13 at Pensacola, 7:05 pm
Game 3 – Sunday, April 16 at Fayetteville, 6:00 pm (if necessary)

#3 Peoria Rivermen vs. #6 Knoxville Ice Bears

Game 1 – Wednesday, April 12 at Peoria, 7:05 pm
Game 2 – Friday, April 14 at Knoxville, 7:30 pm
Game 3 – Saturday, April 15 at Peoria, 7:05 pm (if necessary)

#4 Huntsville Havoc vs. #5 Mississippi RiverKings

Game 1 – Wednesday, April 12 at Mississippi, 7:30 pm
Game 2 – Friday, April 14 at Huntsville, 7:00 pm (at Huntsville IcePlex)
Game 3 – Saturday, April 15 at Huntsville, 7:00 pm (at Huntsville IcePlex, if necessary)

Due to an event at the Von Braun Center, home of the Havoc, both games in Huntsville will be played at the Huntsville IcePlex.

Playoff Tiebreakers:

  1. Wins, regular season
  2. Points, head-to-head
  3. Wins, head-to-head
  4. Goal differential, head-to-head
  5. Goals scored, regular season
  6. Goals allowed, regular season
  7. Coin Toss

All first and second round series are best-of-three.
In the semi-finals, the remaining teams are re-seeded 1-4 based on regular-season points, with the seeds #1 playing #4 and #2 playing #3.
The two remaining teams will meet in the Presidents Cup Final.
The Presidents Cup Final is also a best-of-three series unless both participating teams agree on a best-of-five series.
