Last season Pawlick was an ironman for the second straight season with Pensacola skating 56 games and leading the Ice Flyers for the second consecutive year with 32 while taking the SPHL scoring title with 66 points. Pawlick was also named to the SPHL First All-Star Team.
Defenseman Alex Boak is entering his second professional season after splitting time last year between Wheeling and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL). The defenseman scored a goal and added five assists while accumulating 80 penalty minutes in 31 AHL games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and added 14 games with Wheeling (1g, 2pts).
The Komets preseason roster currently stands at 12 players.
